CAREGivers participate in our CAREGiver Education Program in which they complete 50 lessons on eldercare issues, working at a self-directed pace. We also provide them with the CAREGiver Safety Training Guide. Staff meetings are held quarterly with CAREGivers, office staff, and the owners, to encourage teamwork, provide continuous education, and afford the opportunity to discuss current issues of the business
