Home Instead Senior Care® of Houston works very hard to keep rates as affordable as possible. Please note that rates vary by the services provided. Rates for individuals for Companionship, Home Helper and Personal Care Services are per hour, depending on the services needed. Service can be arranged for as little as 4 consecutive hours in a day or as many as 24 hours per day, seven days a week, including holidays and weekends.
Hourly Rates
A minimum of 4 consecutive hours is required (with the exception of the Special Rate).

Companionship/Transportation $19.00 per hr.

Home Helper/Personal Care $ 20.00-26.00 per hr.

Couple's Rate $ 25.00-30.00 per hr.

Special Rate (2-4 hour shifts) $ 25.00-30.00 per hr
Flat Rates
We offer discounted flat rates for 24-hour care and 12-hour sleepover stays.

Veterans Benefit Coverage
Many Veterans have found that there is a souce of payment for our services with the Veterans Administration.
