Susan Ayling - Executive Director

Bringing more than a quarter century of senior care experience to the table, Susan Ayling shares a keen understanding of the total care needs of our seniors and their families.  Her emphasis on complete quality assurance is reflected in the satisfaction of our clients, their families and our professional friends in the industry.
 

Debbie Robbins - Client Services Director

With more than a decade of experience in staffing and CAREGiver placement, Debbie Robbins finds satisfaction in playing a key role in finding the perfect fit when matching a CAREGiver with a client and client family.  She finds a great reward in following an outcome that allows our clients to regain lost independence through the supportive assistance of their CAREGiver.
 

Loraine Shipp - Quality Assurance Coordinator

Loraine works in tandem with our Client Services Director in assuring that the client's comfort needs are being met.  Loraine is one of the first Home Instead Senior Care team members that the family meets, and she is usually the first visitor of the day for birthday celebrations, anniversaries, and other special occasions!  Her mega-watt smile brightens a hospital room and her ability to evaluate care concerns helps our team make minor adjustments in schedules and daily care plans.
 

Sherri Roberts - Recruitment/Retention Coordinator

After a career as an industry trainer, Sherri sought a position as a caregiver.  Loving the role, Sherri joined Home Instead Senior Care as a CAREGiver and she continues to pursue her passion while assuming growing responsibility as a member of the office support team.  Most recently, Sherri assumed the role of Recruitment/Rentention Coordinator and enjoys blending the best of her training skills and care giving skills as she helps new CAREGivers develop and refine their day-to-day skills, as well as more advanced efforts in Alzheimer's care.
 
 

Sarah Wenk, MSW - Community Service Representative

Holding a Masters of Social Work from the University of Houston, Sarah brings a total care approach to our clients.  Prior to joining our team as Community Service Representative, Sarah served as our Business Office Manager.  She presents a solid background of the values and missions that Home Instead Senior Care maintains while promoting our excellent services throughout the Southwest Houston community.  Additionally, Sarah works closely with our clients to ensure that our clients and client families receive all the services that are needed to promote independence.
 
 

Daniel Aldave - Office Business Manager

Daniel serves as our office business manager.  His double majors in Accounting and Business Administration are suited to the fast-paced requirements of our busy office.  He enjoys working with our families in meeting their many varied needs.
