Patty Norton Patty Norton purchased Home Instead Senior Care in the Chippewa Valley in 2000. It is her mission to bring the highest quality home care to the area and provide caring, compassionate service. In fact, Patty hired Home Instead in Southern California to care for her Father when he needed supportive home care. Tim Davis As General Manager at Home Instead, Tim is responsible all areas of management of the Chippewa Valley office. Tim makes initial visits with potential clients as well as following up on all facets of client care. Kathleen Wanke A familiar face to many of our referral providers is Kathleen Wanke. Kathleen visits eldercare facilities in the area providing educational services relating to Home Instead Senior Care as well as services that benefit the elder communitiy. Erin Novak As our Recruiting and Retention Coordinator, Erin is responsible for the recruitment, screening, hiring, training, and retention of our CAREGiver team. Since extraordinary care is our mission, it makes sense that the most important part of delivering the best care is finding the best CAREGivers.
