Your Home Instead Senior Care franchise owner, Michelle Rogers, possesses a heartfelt desire to work with seniors in her community. She and the full Home Instead team, working out of our local Mountain View office, are on call to quickly answer your questions and accommodate your senior services needs.

Victoria Tuvilla - Client Care Coordinator

Victoria meets with seniors and their families to design a plan of senior care. She performs home visits and makes client satisfaction calls to ensure we are fulfilling our promises.

Nikki Hochhauser - Community Service Representative

Nikki meets with clients and their families to design a plan of care. She also build effective partnerships with service organizations important to seniors, such as hospitals, senior centers and other senior resources.

Jenifer Martinez - Director of Operations

Jenifer is responsible for quality of service and to ensure that company promises to clients and CAREGivers are being fulfilled.

Francisco Sudiacal - Staffing Coordinator

Francisco is responsible for scheduling CAREGivers to make sure that all of our promises are fulfilled.

Matt Bigelow - Staffing Coordinator

Matt is responsible for scheduling CAREGivers to make sure that all of our promises are fulfilled.

Esther Rojas-Mondejar - Payroll & Invoicing

Esther is responsible for an efficient and smooth administrative operation, including handling payroll and billing.

Erika Vazquez - Recruitment and Retention Coordinator

Erika is responsible for hiring and training the industry's best CAREGivers to meet the needs of each senior under our care.

Arlene Cabrera - On-call Supervisor

Responsible for handling calls after normal business hours.
