We are committed to providing responsive, quality care for each of our clients. Our goal is not only to meet your expectations, but to exceed them.

Vital components of our unique Quality Assurance Program include:

  • Our Office Manager completes an initial home visit (care consultation) and creates an individualized "Service Care Plan" based on the client's needs, likes and dislikes.
  • Our Office Manager meets with team members to communicate details of the "Service Care Plan" and important compatibility criteria.
  • Our Office Manager assigns qualified CAREGiver(s), manages the overall care schedule and maintains communications regarding the schedule with the client and their family.
  • An office staff member, usually the Office Manager, conducts initial CAREGiver introductions with client-specific training and the Office Manager follows up with the client and/or family within the first few days of service.
  • Our CAREGiver(s) provides companionship, mental stimulation, socialization, support, personal care, assistance with bathing and dressing, meal planning, preparation and cleanup, incidental transportation, medication reminders, and other non-medical one-on-one activities as outlined in the "Service Care Plan".
  • The CAREGiver records their daily activities and observations in the Client Journal.
  • Our Office Manager conducts regular phone calls to assure that our CAREGivers are providing quality care.
  • Our Office Manager, who is also a CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant), conducts regular "supervisory home visits" every 90 days, as required by Georgia's Department of Human Resources, to see first-hand how the client's needs are being met, if there are changes in the client's condition and needs, or if there are other additional services or equipment that may now be appropriate.
  • Our CAREGiver notifies the office if they notice any significant changes in the client's physical, mental or emotional health, so we may communicate this to the client's family or other loved ones. When these situations arise, our Office Manager or Owner conducts a special "supervisory home visit" to assess the situation.
