From bottom of my heart... only complimentary things to say about Cheliese and services. Prior to starting, mom was depressed, not dressing, going back to bed. Now mom is so much more invigorated-see a tremendous change in her. Everything that we hoped would happen has happened.

...I am writing to you in regards to your employee, Bonnie. We had the pleasure of having her care for mother from March 2009 to September 2009. We wanted you to know that we could not have continued to have S. living with us as long as did, without the aid of Bonnie.
Bonnie was the most gentle, caring person we have ever endured. She never complained or took things personally when things could have been taken as such. ...Bonnie did not take much time off knowing that S. didn't do well with change. This is such a credit to Bonnie and we are so grateful for how things turned out with us using Home Instead Senior Care. I have personally dealt with other agencies for other people and were not as pleased as I was with your agency and Bonnie.
We hope that you thrive in your business and just know how you are doing a great job in the community.

All of my family and I wish to thank Home Instead for all the help as I was recovering from surgery.
My recovery was greatly aided by your excellent services.
Your Home Instead Senior Care is well conceived, ably organized and efficiently run. Having your workers in our home was a great experience. Lisa and Marsha were pleasant and dependable hard workers, willing to be flexible in carrying through with whatever assignment they were given and they organized their work in order to accomplish maximum results. It would be difficult to say enough good things about how well they carried out their jobs.

Thank you for you co-operation in scheduling during the past couple months.
We would also like to extend special thanks to MaryAnne. It helped us to know that our mom was well-accompanied and it was great for her to share stories and laughter.
