Making a Difference in the Lives of Albany, NY Seniors
Our CAREGivers love meeting the daily needs of our clients. Their words speak volumes about their dedication, compassion and just how special they are!! Our CAREGivers are the very best!
Theses are just a few of the letters that we have received over the past ten years from the CAREGivers themselves, families and clients.
On December 9, 2010 at our annual holiday dinner, we awarded our CAREGiver of the Year award to Rob D. We received this nice note back from Rob:
Thank you for the nice party & dinner. I enjoyed visiting with the ladies. Thank you also for the award, although I think that there are many who deserved it more than me. I will try to live up to the standard.
With Love, Rob

Susan,
Due to transportation problems, Home Instead was no longer a good option for me-but I appreciate what a great learning experience it was. It certainly broadened and enhanced my knowledge and understanding of elderly women! I feel fortunate to have had the opportunity to meet so many incredible women who really were an inspiration to me. Caring for women with Alzheimer's helped me develop more compassion, patience and tolerance for those with a condition they really hvae no control over. Thanks for allowing me to be a part of it all!

Thank you for your recent kindness in my "hour or need"; the anniversary card and most of all the generous bonus. Thank you so very much. It's nice to work with people who also enjoy helping others.

Dear Susan & Associates,
A little late but just as sincere to say Thank You.
It was a wonderful experience working for Home Instead. Of all my years of working, I enjoyed what I did and none of the agencies treated the employees in such a positive, respectful way as Home Instead. The dynamics of providing services can be very challenging, but the staff are always positive and supportive to handle whatever arises. You all do a wonderful job and I am proud to have worked at Home Instead.

12/19/03: Monica has done a wonderful job taking care of my mother. I hope we never lose her. Karen
Debbie: Thanks for your support. Mom is so-o-o happy with MaryAnn. What a lovely woman. Carol
6/11/05: Your girls are great - Thank you. Lilian
5/27/06: Dear Susan, I am not really good at writing letters, but I thank you so much for sending Shereta to help me. She is a very hard worker and worked every minute while she was here. She said she didn't want to "waste my time". She is a lovely woman and I'm very grateful for all she did to help me. Sincerely, Frances
9/8/06: Dear Susan, Thank you for all the help you and your staff provided for me. It was a blessing as I was quite unable to do very much. Please thank Deanna and MaryAnn particularly. Sincerely, Shirley
This letter comes from one of our CAREGivers:
