Meet our Team 2011 Our Team, Kim Ireland, Anne Kaiser, Jamie Ryers, Nick Konstant, Pamela Whitmore-Urnowey, Beth Natale and Kim Simoni, Not pictured Barbara Rodriguez Nick Konstant Nick is the owner of our local Home Instead offices. Having assisted senior family members in the past, Nick's desire to help others in his community led him to the senior care field and Home Instead Senior Care. Prior to accquiring these offices, Nick owned and operated a business for over 30 years. He is a member of the Howard County Coalition of Geratric Services and the Anne Arundel Senior Provider Group. Nick graduated with a BS degree in Business and Accounting from the University of Delaware. Nick and his wife Stephanie are lifelong Marylanders who enjoy being devoted in the activities of their 15 year old triplets.   Pamela Whitmore-Urnowey Pamela is our Marketing Manager. She is an experienced leader in the eldercare Industry with over 14 years experience as Marketing Director, Director and Executive Director with Assisted Living, Rehab/LTC and home care service providers. Pamela serves as a volunteer and Co- facilitator for Early Stage Alzheimer's with the Alzheimer Association, Is an active member and Board Member of the Anne Arundel Senior Provider Group, Member of the Coalition of Geriatric Services of Howard County and an active member of The Rotary Club of Annapolis. Pamela returned to Maryland from Florida in July 2010. She has three sons, two who are serving in the US Navy and one who is a Senior at Broadneck High.   Anne Kaiser Anne Kaiser is the Community Service Representative. Anne joined the team in 2008. She is an active member of the Alzheimer's Association Memory Walk committee, American Heart Association, the Coalition of Geriatric Services in Howard County and the Anne Arundel Senior Services Provider Group. Anne is a graduate of William Smith College in New York. She resides in the Annapolis area with her husband and two children. Given where Anne lives, its no surprise she and her family enjoy spending their free time on the Bay! Kim Simoni Kim Simoni is our Care/Staff Coordinator, but initially joined our team in 2008 as a CAREGiver. Through this experience Kim gained the insight required to effectively match CAREGivers and Clients. Kim is certified by the Mental Health Association of Maryland and the Alzheimer's Association to train our caregivers on Alzheimers and mental health. Despite her youth Kim is a grandmother and lives in Pasadena, MD Kim Ireland Kim is our Administration Manager. She is responsible for invoicing, accounts payable and receivable, and benefits among others. Kim is the office's longest tenured employee; she's been on our team since 1999. Kim resides in Pasadena, and is a mother and grandmother. Jamie Salerno Jamie joined the team in 2010 as HR Manager. She brings with her over 14 years of extensive HR experience, including experience in home health care. She is a graduate of Saginaw Valley State University in Michigan and a member of the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM). Jamie is certified by the Mental Health Association of Maryland and the Alzheimer's Association to train our caregivers on Alzheimers and mental health. She resides in Annapolis with her husband where they enjoy being near the water.
Beth Natale Beth serves as our part time Staff Corrdinator and also as our Weekend and Evening Service Coordinator. Beth resides in the Annapolis area with her husband and three children and three step children. She says they "love" Annapolis and never want to leave this area. |
