Our Director and Franchise Owner is David Dickens. David has a BA in Psychology from The Johns Hopkins University and an MBA from Northeastern University. He has extensive management experience and operated two prior businesses before he opened this Home Instead Senior Care franchise in 1998. David is a Certified Senior Advisor (CSA). He currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Anne Arundel Senior Services Provider Group and is also an active member of the Council of Geriatric Services (COGS) in Howard County. David also is an active member of the United Seniors of Maryland where, currently, he serves on the Legislative Rally committee. |

Ingrid Fischer has been a member of our team since 2002. During this time, she's served in a number of capacities in marketing, staffing and recruiting and, thus, is well rounded in all aspects of our office's operation. Ingrid is a graduate of Illinois State University and currently lives with her husband and two children in Crownsville. |

Anne Kaiser joined us early in 2008. Sh'e responsible for marketing our services to potential clients and area referral agencies. Ann is a graduate of William Smith College in New York. She resides in the Annapolis area with her husband and two children. Given where Ann lives, its no surprise she and her family enjoy spending their free time on the Bay! |

Kim is our HR manager. She's responsible for keeping track of employee wages, benefits, reviews and other employee assistance matters. She also produces our monthly staff newsletter and for running our training meetings. Kim is the office's longest tenured employee; she's been on our team since 1999. Kim resides in Pasadena and is the mother of two grown children; she's also a grandmother. |

Kim Simoni joined our team recently as Recruiting Coordinator. Kim formerly was a Caregiver with us so she understands what it takes to be a successful Caregiver. Despite her youth, Kim is a grandmother and lives in Pasadena, MD |

Becky Gookin, RN is our Personal Care Coordinator. She performs new client assessments and supervison for clients receiving Personal Care to ensure quality service is provided. Becky is married with one son, two stepsons, and two grandchildren. She resides in Arnold with her husband and enjoys socializing with freinds and family as well as travel. |

Rosario "Charro" Veschusio joined us in mid 2008 as HR Manager in charge of employee Retention. Charro hails originally from Peru but now lives in Severna Park. She came to us with extensive HR experience. |

Sue McKenzie, Staff Coordinator. Sue is our Senior Staff Coordinator. Sue lives in the Pasadena, MD area. She's been on our staff for over two years and is responsible for managing our Caregiver staff. |
