Erin Greve - Recruiting and Retention Coordinator

Before joining the Home Instead Senior Care team Erin served our country in the US Coast Guard and continued on to raise her two children. Her stepfather is a client of Home Instead Senior Care so she has a personal interest in the care of our clients. Erin was hired as our receptionist in December of 2010, and was promoted to the position of Recruitment and Retention Coordinator where she is responsible for hiring and training our outstanding team of CAREGivers. Her attention to detail, people & organizational skills, and integrity make her an invaluable member of our team.

Jennifer Taylor - Staffing Coordinator

Jennifer’s passion for helping others in the community has made her an asset to the Home Instead family.  In 2008, Jennifer joined the company as a CAREGiver. Her previous experience in both the medical and the legal field enables her to display superb work ethics and professionalism. She developed a natural instinct to care for seniors while caring for her mother for many years after a tragic auto accident left her permanently disabled. As the Staffing Coordinator, Jennifer is sensitive to the immediate needs of the clients, and has a definite understanding of the specific skills and training of each CAREGiver. She is dedicated to finding the perfect match between CAREGiver and client.

Al Worchel - Client Care Coordinator

Al has been a valuable Home Instead Senior Care team player since September of 2006. He practiced medicine for 45 dedicated years before joining the team. His extraordinary life experiences and wisdom have aided him being the Client Care Coordinator. Al enjoys meeting new people, whether it is clients, potential clients or their adult children. He takes pride in   educating them about Home Instead Senior Care services, and creating a custom care plan to meet their unique needs.

Vanessa Burnett - Intake Specialist / Client Care Coordinator

Prior to joining the Home Instead Senior Care office team, Vanessa was one of our very best CAREGivers and came to us with a long history of caring for various elderly family members. Vanessa believes in the dignity of individuals and feels that while it can be challenging to maintain that dignity due to conditions we have no control over; illness, injury or disease, she is adamant that dignity must be preserved. “Aging is neither a disease nor a crime!” she says, and believes aging in place is the way for seniors to maintain their dignity With her strong work ethic and love for people, she keeps a smile and a positive attitude with everyone she encounters.
