Greg Jagst, Owner
Greg Jagst, a member of Active Living Lifestyles (A.L.L.), is the owner of the Home Instead Senior Care of Washtenaw and Livingston Counties. Greg earned his bachelors degree in English from Central Michigan University. After college, he worked in the book industry for several years, supervising sales events throughout the Midwest and the East Coast. Greg has an affinity with mature individuals and finds great satisfaction in helping his senior clients maintain and enjoy their lifestyles in their homes for as long as they wish to be there.

Our office manager, Patty, has worked for Home Instead Senior Care in Ann Arbor since 1999. Patty has bachelors degrees in both nursing and social work and previously worked as an Assistant Director of Nursing for a long term care facility. Patty is very successful at hiring compassionate, dependable CAREGivers. During the application process, Patty familiarizes herself with the potential CAREGiver to enhance the client and CAREGiver matching process. Patty also schedules and conducts CAREGiver orientation. She coordinates training including Basic and Advanced Safety, CAREGiver Activity Guide and Alzheimers training.

Terri has been with Home Instead Senior Care since 2005 and works as our weekend service supervisor. She is on- call every Saturday and Sunday and communicates with CAREGivers and clients regarding scheduling as changes arise, and fills in on assignments that come open until a replacement CAREGiver is found. Terry has a bachelors degree in psychology from Madonna and works as a full-time social worker at the department of human services in Washtenaw county.

Christina is our office assistant and has been with Home Instead Senior Care since 2004. Christina spends most of her time in the office performing a variety of clerical and administrative such as answering the phone, scheduling, and making reference calls for prospective CAREGivers. Christina has many years of experience working with seniors in long term care. She is a Certified Nursing Assistant and used to manage her own senior homecare company.
