John and Sally Posey- Owners John is passionate about honoring and caring for the seniors in Raleigh, Cary, Apex, and all of Wake County. He has served as the owner of Home Instead Senior Care in Wake County since 2002 and considers this business a ministry to both their clients and wonderful CAREGivers.
John is from Raleigh and attended Sanderson High School. He received his Bachelor of Social Work degree from The University of North Carolina at Greensboro, where he also played baseball. Following college he spent two years doing mission work in Tanzania. In 1998, he married his wife, Sally (a Physical Therapist) , and they now have four wonderful children.
John is blessed to serve along with his wonderful staff and CAREGivers. They all share a common purpose of helping improve the quality of life of the seniors in their area.   Peg Navolanic - General Manager Peg Navolanic graduated from Dean College with a degree in Recreation Management then from Westfield State College in Business Administration. She worked for Hartford Insurance group and Union Mutual as a marketing representative in New England and New Orleans.
Peg settled in Raleigh 20 years ago and raised two boys, the oldest is in the Navy, and the youngest is attending college. After working as Pool Manager for McGee's Crossroads for 15 years, Peg started working part-time for HISC in 2000 as a CAREGiver. Five years ago, she moved into the office as Assistant Recruitment Coordinator, and in 2008 moved into the Service Coordinator position.
Peg also enjoys volunteering for Meals On Wheels, her local school system, the YMCA/YWCA and is a member of Saint Raphael Catholic Church.   Tasha Glasco- Recruiting Coordinator Tasha Glasco is currently our Recruiting Coordinator. She is in charge of recruiting and hiring quality CAREGivers.
Tasha began working for the company in 2005 as a CAREGiver, after years of visiting the sick in hospitals and nursing homes. In 2007, she began working part time in the office. June 2009, she moved to full time, and is such an asset to our clients and our office.
Tasha is married to Milton and is from Henderson, NC. She has a heart for our clients and CAREGivers and is extremely knowledgable about the eldercare industry. Venessa Mills- Care Coordinator Venessa has been with Home Instead Senior Care since 2009. She is in charge of scheduling and also our Alzheimer's Training program. Venessa has three great kids and loves being a part of our mission: "To Change the Face of Aging". Rebecca Hill Rebecca was with us for two years in the past and has been out for the past five. She was then a marketing representative and now as a mother of one sweet little girl, has pulled herself away a few hours a week to help us maintain some office duties.
We are already grateful for her presence with us and look forward to all that we know she has to offer our staff, clients, caregivers and community.
Nancy Foss Nancy began working at Home Instead Senior Care in 2010 as a CAREGiver* and joined the office staff in the summer of 2011. What drew Nancy to this position is her love of people, whether it be CAREGivers* or Clients. For this reason she retains 2 of her clients along with assisting in the daily operation of the office.
Nancy moved to Raleigh in 2006 from New Hampshire She has been married for 32 years, is a mom to two grown children and incredibly blessed to have four beautiful grandchildren. Nancy and her husband are very active in their local church.   Julia Rudolph Julia just started just this year with our staff full time, positioned in the office as a receptionist, focusing on special projects and making contacts. She and her husband are new to the area as they recently moved here for her husband's schooling in Wake Forest at Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary.
She is glad to be part of the team simply to help her coworkers do their jobs better and help find those in the community who need the kind of care we are here to offer!   Jennifer Keeling - Payroll and Administrative Jennifer Keeling has served as the accountant for the Wake County Home Instead Senior Care franchise since October 2002. She is responsible for payroll, accounts receivable, accounts payable, financial statements, financial analysis and other aspects of the franchise's financial performance.
Jennifer has 10 years of experience in other areas of accounting through her private consulting practice, which includes corporate clients, private tax preparation and consulting, real estate and construction firms, non-profit organizations, law firms and legal auditing for the North Carolina State Bureau of Investigation (SBI). She received a degree with a double major in accounting and business administration from Campbell University, graduating Magna Cum Laude.
She is married to a Alex, a Police officer and has three children.
