 Todd Sensenbach - Franchise Owner
My wife, Lori, and I chose to purchase the Home Instead Senior Care business of Central Oregon because of the strong sense of family we felt from Home Instead. Additionally, a personal positive experience with my grandfather led us in this direction. Grandpa passed away on Thanksgiving Day 2010, but he as able to live at home until he was 92 because of a service like we provide.
I come to Home Instead Senior Care with over a decade of management experience primarily in the software industry. It has been a life long dream to own and operate my own business and coupled with my experiences with my grandfather purchasing an existing Home Instead Franchise was a perfect match.
I have lived in Central Oregon since 1986 and love living here where there are so many outdoor family activities to enjoy. In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my family camping, hiking, fishing, and hunting. We also are avid Oregon State Beaver fans. I am married to my wonderful wife Lori, have 2 great boys: Bobby (15) and Shayne (12), and a very energetic black lab named Molly. Lori Sensenbach - Franchise Owner
Todd and I are thrilled to be the new owners at Home Instead Senior Care of Central Oregon. We love meeting our clients and our CAREGivers and hearing all the wonderful stories they have to share. This business is a real blessing in our life. Like Todd's grandfather, we had a similar experience with my grandmother that helped us understand just how important caregiving is in the lives of seniors.
My professional experience has been in financial analysis, accounting and internet advertising. All of these areas are proving invaluable to me as we embark on this journey. In 2004, I was able to accomplish a personal goal of earning my Master of Divinity degree. I'm excited to use the counseling and communication training I received through that program in our new business.
Todd and I love being a part of the Central Oregon community, and take advantage of all the outdoor activities every chance we get. In the spring and summer you'll find us fishing the Cascade Lakes or hiking the buttes and mountains. We also spend a lot of time watching youth sports: football, basketball and baseball. Lynlee F. - Client Care Coordinator
My name is Lynlee and I started with Home Instead Senior Care in 2005 as a caregiver I instantly fell in love with all the different clients I worked with. I knew then that helping seniors and hearing all their stories was exactly what I wanted to do with my day. So I set out to learn everything I could about how this business worked. Soon I was offered a position in the office supporting each department as they needed, but still able to work care giving shifts with some clients. As I learned and grew in the operations of the bossiness a position became available in Client Care where my heart really had always been. Now today I enjoy everyday supporting our clients and their families. Outside of my work I enjoy running, taking hikes with my 14-year-old son and meeting new people. Gloria R. - Client Care
I am a native Oregonian. I was born and raised in Southern Oregon, and moved to Bend about 5 years ago. I enjoy running, swimming, spending time with friends and family and activities with my church family. I started working for Home Instead Senior Care as a CAREGiver in April of 2009 and was shortly after invited to join the office team as the Receptionist. I get to work with a team of amazing people while still enjoying visits with and, at times, getting to care for the clients that I love so much. Working for Home Instead has been the most rewarding job I have had during my short career! Michelle E. - Staff Coordinator
I have some experience working with seniors in my church and have done some bookkeeping at a senior apartment complex in Redmond. So, working for Home Instead Senior Care allows me opportunity to continue working for senior’s benefit and betterment. I also have banking and business experience along with some computer, mechanical, and manufacturing experience. I love my family and keep them at the center of my life. Together we enjoy Central Oregon living, playing outdoors year round, gardening, cooking, and serving in our church. Nancy L. - Registered Nurse
I have been a lifetime resident of Central Oregon. I live in Prineville with my husband of 34 years. Greg and I have two children: Sam and Sarah. We now have four beautiful grand children that are the light of my life. We are active members of the Powell Butte Christian Church. Of course living in Central Oregon we love to hunt, fish, camp and any other activities that get us outdoors.
I am a RN and love working with the senior population. I first became aware of everything Home Instead had to offer in 2010 when I contacted them to help provide 24 hour care for my father. It was wonderful being able to keep him at home until the time of his death. I am honored to be a part of the Home Instead Senior Care team. Travis Starr Community Service Representative
It is with great pleasure that I announce my position as the Community Service Representative with Home Instead Senior Care in Central Oregon.
