- Train CAREGivers.
- Introduce CAREGivers to new clients,
- Follow-up at least quarterly (by law in the state of Illinois), or more often monthly if requested by the client or family.
- Make surprise visits.
- CAREGiver support visits, where we essentially hold the CAREGiver's hands and pat their backs when the going gets tough.
Our presence in the field is second to none. And this is something you want from a home care company. Our Client Care Manager and/or Training Coordinator make sure that clients and CAREGivers have ample opportunities to ask questions or address any concerns. Our follow-up and frequent communication with all parties enables clients and CAREGivers to speak openly, and we can make any adjustments if needed.
