Our approach teaches CAREGivers how to communicate and manage situations of memory loss and mood swings with confidence and compassion. Our CAREGivers learn about the disease, its process and progression, and the impact on the client and their family members.
CAREGivers learn specific techniques to manage behaviors, and how to successfully maximize independence and stimulate performance in Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (IADLs).
This highly specialized outpatient dementia and Alzheimer's program enables those diagnosed with related memory disorders to remain home longer, enjoying the benefits of one-on-one care.
