Fort Myers

I want to thank you so much for your attention to detail and let you know how very much we appreciate the flexibility of your staff. Every caregiver you have sent our way has been especially wonderful, professional and most of all caring. We find the caregivers easy to work with and enjoy their company as much as my mom does.

Bill & Sue Bidwell, Franchise Owners

Fort Myers & Naples, Florida

Bill and Sue Bidwell have enjoyed a career with a goal of service in the education field.  The Bidwells began careers in education that spanned over twenty years.  Bill started as a science teacher and became a K-12 Administrator.  Sue taught in middle school and progressed to the Administration staff.  During those years Bill and Sue raised two children.  Their daughter Abby and her husband Bill have two wonderful boys, Benjamin and Joseph.  Abby and Bill currently work out of the Fort Myers office as Vice President and Business Manager.  Their son Joseph and his wife Audra recently moved from California to Bonita Springs in 2010. Joseph joined the business as the General Manager.

In December 2002, the Bidwells began a new venture with Home Instead Senior Care, a successful Franchise company providing care for seniors.  From the beginning, Bill and Sue's lifelong desire to serve others motivated their efforts by choosing a highly qualified, caring staff that could deliver exceptional, heartfelt service to clients.  In response to their mission, Home Instead Senior Care Fort Myers has successfully grown beyond expectations and now includes Home Instead Senior Care Naples.  With an exceptional administrative staff and devoted CAREGivers in both locations, the Bidwells business now enjoys the opportunity of servicing many elderly seniors in need of their services.  Their hard work and dedication has earned them a reputation of the highest quality of homecare in Southwest Florida.

Bill and Sue enjoy spending time with their family, traveling, and special time with their grandsons.  They recently celebrated their 32nd Wedding Anniversary.

Bill & Abby Dattilo, Business Manager & Vice President

Bill and Abby Dattilo joined the Home Instead Senior Care team, first as family and then as employees. Soon after Bill and Abby were married in April 2003, they helped Bill and Sue build the first Home Instead Senior Care office in Fort Myers that spring. Abby, a graduate of Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University with a degree in Communications/Public Relations, had recently moved to Florida for a job opportunity and to be closer to her family.  When the opportunity arose, Abby began working for her parents, Bill and Sue, in October 2004 as Office Manager for the Fort Myers office. She was an integral role in expansion and development of the additional Franchise in Naples. Abby's present position in the company is the role of Vice President of the Fort Myers and Naples offices.

Bill is the Business Manager for the Fort Myers and Naples offices. He is a graduate of the University of South Florida with a Bachelors degree in Business. After working for nine years in Tampa, Bill moved to Southwest Florida.  Bill came on staff in July of 2007 as Business Manager. He was a welcomed addition as both offices' expediential growth was in need of his expertise. He enjoys working with seniors and helping them attain their best quality of life. This job has been a blessing for Bill to experience seniors in a new light and to learn an appreciation for quality care and meaningful relationships.  Bill and Abby live in Fort Myers, Florida, with their two sons, Benjamin and Joseph.
Corol Williams, Assistant Staff Coordinator

Corol Williams, Assistant Staff Coordinator

Corol began working at Home Instead in 2004 as a CAREGiver. Corol has been caring for others for her entire life.  She knew she desired to be a CAREGiver after having taken care of her mother and husband who suffered from chronic illnesses.   Corol worked in the health care industry and furthered her education by attending the Lee County Vocational School for Data Processing.  By possessing these important skills, Corol is a valuable asset to the Home Instead team, serving as the Assistant Staff Coordinator. Corol's life goals include helping others in any way she can.  She enjoys spending time with her six children and nine grandchildren.  She also volunteers her time to help pregnant women get necessary baby items and mentors these women on how to care for children.
Marci Braunsky

Marci Braunsky, Staff Coordinator

Marci joined the Home Instead team in 2004 as a CAREGiver.  She had many years of previous experience as a family caregiver of her grandmother, mother-in-law, and anyone around her who may have needed additional help. Marci was promoted to Staff Coordinator almost immediately after she stepped in to help out in the office.  Sue Bidwell recognized right away that Marci had the skills and the passion to "put it all together."   She quickly won the hearts of clients and CAREGivers.  Marci particularly enjoys working with the entire Home Instead staff to better the lives of those who may need extra assistance.  She makes the sometime difficult job of scheduling seem effortless.  Her desire to do a great job for clients and to take good care of the CAREGivers has made her a success as Staff Coordinator. Marci and her husband love to spend time with their three grown daughters and five beautiful grandchildren.
Sue Townsend

Sue is the most recent addition to the Fort Myers staff, and she is already making an amazing and dynamic difference for the Home Instead Senior Care team.  She looks forward to meeting CAREGivers, getting to know them at tea parties she is planning and seeing them interact with their clients.  She will be an invaluable help and support to our CAREGivers, and we know her warm and caring nature will be well accepted by all who meet her.  Welcome, Sue, we are thrilled to have you!
