Mahnaz Pourian, the new owner of Home Instead Senior Care in Gilbert, is excited to bring her passion for serving seniors to the Southeast Valley. Mahnaz understands the dedication that comes with being a CAREGiver after a personal experience changed the direction of her life.

"When my mom fell ill and came to live with me and my family in Houston, I hired a caregiver to help with her daily needs," said Mahnaz. "I learned then what I value in a caregiver someone who treats the senior like a treasured 'family' member."

After her mother passed away, Mahnaz wanted to honor her memory by giving to other seniors, "and that's what drew me to Home Instead Senior Care," she said.
        
A registered pharmacist for more than 23 years, Mahnaz chose a new career path in 2004 when she purchased the Home Instead Senior Care in Houston. Now, the mother of three is here in the Southeast Valley dedicating each day to making seniors' lives richer and more fulfilling.
