For consideration for employment the minimum requirements are as follows:
- Speak and understand English clearly in person and over the telephone.
- Read and write English clearly on an average adult level.
- Must be mentally able to perform all job functions
- Ability to meet the physical requirements of bending, stooping, kneeling, pulling, pushing, carrying and lifting a maximum of 30 pounds.
- Must have a clear criminal record and be bondable.
- Must be willing to submit to and pass a post job offer drug screen.
- Must be willing to submit to a tuberculosis (TB) test and pass (negative results).
- Must have a valid drivers license, a reliable automoblie and auto insurance.
- Must have a clean DMV record.
- Ability to adapt to various individual living environments and location.
- Ability to treat and care for our senior clients and their property with dignity and respect.
- Ability to communicate with our senior clients in a friendly and respectful manner.
- Ability to communicate with supervisors to ensure service expectations are met.
