Mary Beth is the face of Home Instead Senior Care in the community. Mary Beth is often presenting the unique qualities of HISC on our local TV stations and in group presentations. She is also very busy directing her 'team' on how to educate the public and those inquiring about our services and the differences that set HISC apart from other agencies. Cathryn is responsible for the day-to-day staffing of our Jacksonville and St. Augustine offices. With 5 years of experience, there is not a question she can't answer. Her knowledge of the senior care industry allows her to guide a dedicated team of staff coordinators to provide the very best care to our valued clients. Amy works directly with the Director of Services in coordinating and maintaining schedules for our clients and their caregivers. Recognizing the importance of consistency, compatability and continuity between our clients and caregiver's, Amy strives to maintain a comfortable environment for all parties. Robin is an integral part of the staffing team in Jacksonville. She supports Amy and Cathryn on a daily basis by ensuring that all client and caregiver schedules are staffed. She is always calm and reassuring when handling difficult staffing issues. Kathy Durrant, Director of HR/Training

Rachel works closely with Mary Beth to coordinate their marketing efforts in the community, conduct service inquiries of prospective clients and meet with those individuals and their families to ensure the very best of care. The Client Care Coordinator position is a vital link between our service call personnel and those who staff our caregivers. Sheila will conduct QA visits, communicate any concerns with family members and spend a little extra time with clients at the beginning of services to facilitate a smooth start.
