David and Malorie Hill are the owners of the Northeast Florida franchises of Home Instead Senior Care. Home Instead Senior Care is the world's largest provider of comprehensive non-medical home care services to seniors throughout Northeast Florida from offices in Jacksonville and St. Augustine. David and Malorie opened Home Instead Senior Care locally in 1997 as its only employees. Today, their business employs more than 300 full and part-time employees, and is among the largest of the more than 700 franchise groups for Home Instead Senior Care worldwide.
While content with their two decade long careers as a counselor (David) and developing her skills in various business office positions (Malorie) , they decided to combine their specific areas of expertise. After thoroughly exploring their options within the burgeoning health care field, the Hills were extremely impressed with the professionalism and sincerity exhibited by the Home Instead Senior Care corporate staff in Omaha, Nebraska.
On September 1, 1997, David and Malorie began what has turned out to be a truly rewarding adventure of developing one of the top 10 offices of Home Instead Senior Care's network of over 700 franchise groups.
