Everyone of our clients has needs, interests, routines and experiences that make them unique. We will build our care plan around the individual - whether the day of the week, the time of the day, or the services that we provide.
Our Client Care Coordinator is experienced in helping you by suggesting the most appropriate level of care and creating the best care plan based on your unique situation. She will also make suggestions and offer referrals if she thinks other services or equipment might help you or your loved one remain active, independent and safe in your home.
Our CAREGivers receive specially-designed education on topics, situations, illnesses and conditions that are prevalent among older adults including but not limited to: activities for seniors, Alzheimer's disease and other forms of dementia and memory loss, arthritis, bereavement, COPD, communication skills, depression, diabetes, heart disease, hospice & palliative care, incontinence, kidney disease, neuropathy, nutrition, paralysis, Parkinson's disease, pulmonary disease, safety, strokes, and vision and hearing loss.
