Home Instead Senior Care® works very hard to keep rates as affordable as possible. Please note that rates and hours vary by location and the services provided.
Rates for individuals for Companionship, Home Helper and Personal Care Services* are per hour, depending on the services needed. Service can be arranged for as little as 3 consecutive hours in a day or as many as 24 hours per day, seven days a week, including holidays and weekends.
Hourly Rates
A minimum of 3 consecutive hours is required.
Less Than 3 Hours
In special circumstances, where minimal care is required, visits can be arranged for as little as 1-1/2 hours. Please note we do not recommend this level of care for most clients. Availability of the shortened visit will be determined during the personalized service call by our Client Care Coordinator who will evaluate if it is appropriate option on a client by client basis.
Flat Rates
We offer discounted flat rates for 24-hour care and 10-hour sleepover stays. Overnight visits that require the CAREGiver to be awake throughout the night are charged on an hourly basis.
Couples Rates
Special combined rates are when two people at the same residence require regular assistance.
Insurance Coverage
Some insurance policies may cover certain in-home services. Please call our office to see if your insurance benefits include this type of coverage. Our adminsitartive staff will be happy to provide the necessary paperwork for reimbursement of services through insurance and other programs.
Service Rates
Rates range from $15.00 per hour to $21.95 per hour depending on location, number of hours, frequency of visits, level of care, number of care recipients at the location, and other determining factors. As such, individual rates will be determined by our Client Care Coordinator during the personalized home visit.
