Pam Myers - Co-Owner
Pam started P & D Home Services Inc. (dba Home Instead Senior Care #181) in 1997, with her mother-in-law, Doris Zappone. Pam's husband, Ed, joined the company, when his mother retired.
Pam directs and oversees the activities of the office staff, as well as interacting with our clients, their family members and our CAREGivers.
Originally from Sutton, Massachusetts, Pam relocated to Ohio in 1968. She graduated from the College of Wooser, with the B.A. in Sociology, in 1972. Soon after graduating, Pam and Ed married, settling in Wadsworth. In 1980, they moved to a 100+ year-old home in Seville, where they raised their family and still reside.
Continuiing education is one of Pam's top priorities. In addition obtaining her Masters in Business Administration and completing various other executive management programs at Case Western Reserve, Ashland University and the University of Akron, Pam regularly attends area presentations on eldercare topics.
Prior to starting the local Home Instead Senior Care office, Pam worked for 15 years in various management positions for Bell & Howell's Micro Photo Division in Wooster; as Marketing Director for William Dorsky Associates, in Beachwood, an architectural firm specializing in continuiing care retirement communities, assisted living and nursing homes; and as Director of Marketing & Customer Service for Harris InfoSource in Twinsburg.
