Tiffany Johnson, Office Manager

 
Tiffany is responsible for the day-to-day operations of our office, in the areas of client Services, human resources, and administrative staff support.  Tiffany joined our office in January of 2004 as the Assistant Staff Coordinator.  She became Office Manager in 2005.  Tiffany enjoys supporting our staff with their shared mission for Home Instead to be the trusted source for home care services in Southern Nevada.

Rochelle Sajna, Client Care Manager

 
Rochelle oversees client services, including maintaining staff schedules, quality assurance, CAREGiver supervision and customer satisfaction.  Rochelle began her career with Home Instead in 2002 as a part-time staffing assistant.  In 2004 she became the full time Staff Coordinator and was named Client Care Manager in 2005.  Rochelle says, "What I find rewarding about my position is to see the relationships our clients and CAREGivers develop, they become part of the family."

Mary Meyers, Community Service Representative

 
Mary's career with Home Instead began as our Client Care Coordinator.  Mary became our Community Service Representative to educate other's in the community on issues that effect our senior population.
 
Before coming to Home Instead Senior Care,  Mary was National Sales Manager for a manufacturing company. She also served as Executive Assistant to the President of the Nevada Minority Business Council. Mary says, "it is important to me to me that senior's have the information they need to successfully age with dignity and independence at home."

Molly Horton, Accounts Manager

 
Molly began her career with Home Instead Senior Care in 1996 as the first staff member.  Her 11 years experience with the company included filling all roles as the company grew.  She is currently responsible for accounts receivable and payable, payroll processing and financial management.  She says, "our CAREGivers are truly the heart of the company."

Linda Freimanis, Client Service Coordinator

 
Linda's responsibilities include meeting with families and clients to develop a service plan to meet their individual needs. Linda is also responsible for visiting with clients on a regular basis to review  quality of care.  Linda's background includes customer service, and she worked as a CAREGiver for Home Instead for over six months to better understand the needs of the elderly. She says "serving our clients in whatever capacity they need brings me the most job satisfaction".

Luke Johnson, General Manager

 
Luke started with Home Instead Senior Care June of 2009, coming on board to provide additional management support to our Franchise Owner.
 
Luke's experience includes Sales Manager for Thrifty Car Rental and most recently as General Manager for a local restaurant. 
 
Luke also helped care for his Great -Grandmother at home, remembering "as a teenager I would come home from school and she would be so grateful for any time I would spend with her, I know Companionship is an essential part of our services."  Luke says "my goal as General Manager is to ensure our clients receive the highest quality of care in the comfort of their home."
