The Rhode Island Legislature initiated a Global (Consumer Choice Compact) Waiver Program with the intent of reducing the spiraling costs associated with Medicaid and Medicare - without a reduction in health quality.

Home and Personal Care for Seniors
Home Instead Senior Care of Rhode Island began serving the non-medical care needs of seniors and their families over 15 years ago. - Home Instead Home Care Services, an affiliate of Home Instead Senior Care, launched in 2011 offering a full range of personal care services including bathing and grooming, continence care, and support with ambulation and transferring.
- In addition, Home Instead offers access to a respected network of skilled Care Collaborators including skilled nursing providers and hospice care, physical, occupational and speech therapy, and mood and memory care. Our Assured Care Collaborators also include geriatric case managers, elder law attorneys, financial advisers, assisted living communities and nursing homes.
