- Ongoing care for those participating in treatment programs for chronic diseases
- Respite care for families coping with ALS, MS, and Parkinson's disease
- Safety assurance for clients when hospitalized or transitioning into a new environment
- Overnight fall prevention with intervention provided by Independence at Home
