All of you have been so good, especially Donna, in taking care of Mom like she was your own. I really appreciate all that everyone does for her and for me and my brother. We certainly could not have made it this far without the help of the wonderful people that make Home instead what it is. I know tougher days are ahead, but I am comforted in knowing that Donna and everyone at Home Instead will be by our side in helping to make Mom's final journey as pleasant and as enjoyable for her as possible. Thanks again for all that you guys do......................

I want to express my thanks for the special caregivers that filled my mother's life with joy and compassion over the past years, Helen, Janice and Liz. They are very special ladies and I will never forget the outstanding care my mother received from them. Thanks again for your kindness. Yours truly, . . .

If it weren't for people like Leesa, my dad would have had a much less comfortable and more lonely life. I think of many things I am grateful for: He was able to have a long, very full life. God took him peacefully when it was evident that there would only be suffering ahead. We were able to keep him in his own home. He was able to be independent and make his own decisions (Good or bad :) ). He was able to have Rebecca and Leesa help him. I know he was happy to have them because he bragged about them both.

From Ginny & Mike (Niece) . . . Dear Staff, We want to thank you so much for all the loving care and support you provided for Jean. We know it required much patience, guidance & direction on your part! It was so reassuring to know that she was being cared for by staff who appreciated Jean for who she is, and provided the best possible care and companionship. God bless you all – we don't know what we should have done without Home Instead!

Please accept my deep appreciation for the consistently superb care rendered to my wife Patricia during the last 6 years. The CAREGivers were not only well trained and very professional, but equally important, they were very caring and sensitive individuals. My contacts with your office reflected the same degree of courtesy and professionalism. I commend all!!

Hi Isabel, I just wanted to thank you and your company for all your help. My Dad's issues are being dealt with now, and hopefully I can get him resettled into an Assisted Living facility soon. He needs to regain some weight, and get back on his feet first and we will deal with his resettlement soon. I am relieved that he will be cared for better than I could provide. I tried hard to honor his wishes, but deep down I knew it was just a matter of time. I guess I was naive about his ability to care for himself. It took MY brain a while to finally realize it. A special Thank You to Dawn and Darlene for providing outstanding service and kindness. I will never forget All of you.
Hugh M. 6/4/09 From Charrel M. (wife)
Dear Mr. Leiter, I am sorry that is has taken me so long to write this note to you about how much I appreciate what your agency did for my husband, Hugh, and me during his five year illness. Your staff was unfailingly helpful and prompt in their response to any need or inquiry, and in particular, I cannot say enough about the wonderful care that Kathy Toth and Tabitha Arduz gave to my husband. They were perfectly suited to his needs, always prompt, cheerful, and they anticipated his needs without ever overstepping their boundaries with him. I will always be grateful that they were assigned to us. They made both of our lives so much easier. As a result I have recommended Home Instead to anyone who is considering hiring a caregiver. Best of luck with your organization.

This is to thank you for your prompt service to my mother, Barbara Card, on Nov. 26, 27, 28, 2008. It was a relief to me, and Barbara liked the worker assigned to her, Victoria R, very much. Hoping the Staff has a happy holiday season.
Nancy J. 11/12/08 From daughter Heidi N.
Thank you for all the time you took with me on the phone today relative to determining the final balance due for services given to my mother, Nancy J.. You demonstrated the utmost patience with each question I had, no matter how small the detail. I enjoyed hearing about your philosophies on providing companion care and how the caregivers should be handled with the highest respect and appreciation for the difficult work they do.
I regret that my parents' needs for increasingly specialized medical care precludes us from our continued use of your services. Our conversation convinced me that the agency you have run there for 11 years is one of the highest standards, integrity and quality. I will gladly refer your business to others who may need companion services, and am glad that Jenny M. referred us to you. As I said on the phone, I will write a separate note to Janet to thank her for being a friend to my mother when my mother was in the earlier stage of her illness. Janet was the first person I entrusted my mother to and that was a big step for me. When mom was with Janet, I knew she was in mature, capable hands. Thank you again.
Lucy C. 10/31/08 From daughter Fran G.
Thank you for the wonderful, compassionate care those of you who've worked with my mother have provided. You are truly an exceptional group of people.
Gladys B. From daughter Sandy V.
Thank you all so much for the care given to my mom over the past several years. Liz C. always went "above & beyond" in her care. It truly is an organization that tries to keep people at home which is where my mom wanted to be. I will miss her a lot! Thank you also for the beautiful Christmas arrangement - I am enjoying it - Thanks again.
Jean T. From daughter Marilyn T.
Dear Friends at Home Instead, I need to praise Leesa over and over, she is a plus to your agency in every way. After much persistence over a long period of time, Leesa was able to persuade my mom to have her hair washed, cut, and permed. This may sound like a small task to some, but to those who know, it was monumental. I do believe she has become a trusted caregiver in my mother's mind. This is what your agency is all about! Kudos! Thanks! Good for you! (Best for us!) You are wonderful Leesa.
Renee & Rose B. From daughter Carol K.

Ann P. From Niece Linda C.
I want to thank you for all the excellent care you gave my Aunt Ann when she was home. I especially want to thank Edna for all the days she patiently played Skip Bo & 500. I know Auntie was difficult at times and loved to take long rides.
Unfortunately she would forget about the nice rides 10 minutes later. I thank God for caretakers who give their time for such an important need. Your agency is such a blessing. We could not have kept Auntie in her home as long as we did if we didn't have your help. Auntie is in S. V. now and when I asked her about Edna she actually said "Oh, my Care giver"? I was shocked, this is the impression she has made on Auntie. Even with all her memory loss she still remembers her. I can't say enough good things about Edna. She was part of the family. God bless all of you and many thanks for all you have done.
Dorothy S. 7/31/06 From daughter Jill M.

Dear Valerie, I would like to "thank you" for the free week of service that I will be receiving, due to my referral of Vivian R. That was certainly a pleasant surprise!! More importantly I want to express my appreciation of Liz. She is an excellent worker with a wonderful personality. She is very observing and does what needs to be done. Liz doesn't stop from the minute she walks in. I wish I had her energy! I am so happy she was selected for my caretaker. If your company awards its employees, I feel Liz should be a recipient. Thank you again.
Laura H. 4/1/06 From daughter Deb H.
