Ongoing communication and documentation
Each Home Instead Senior Care client receives a journal, where they, their family members and their CAREGiver maintain a daily diary of activities to maintain close communication.

Comprehensive employee training program
Home Instead CAREGivers are required to complete a multi-phase, elder care training program that enables them to respond to unique situations. We also mandate in our local office that each CAREGiver complete 40 hours of training annually.
