I want to thank you for you and your company's helpfulness to me and Susan following our recent accident.
We appreciate the extra care you took to find a good sitter for us, and for you personally coming by to check on us. It means a lot to know that you care that much for us, not only as a friend but as a client as well.
We found Rosemary to be very attentive to our needs and requests, and she also allowed us (and me) to have our privacy and space. She was very helpful with some basic household tasks and always asked if there was anything else she could do for us.
I am glad that Home Instead is available for these types of situations, and I am especially glad that you are providing the leadership for Home Instead in Birmingham.

I was very satisfied with the three CAREGivers you sent to help with my aunt. Having those three sitters made things much easier for me.
