Your Home Instead Senior Care franchise owners possess a heartfelt desire to work with seniors. Don and Laurie Reid are the owners of Home Instead Senior Care In Ventura County. They started their business in 1997 and it is one of the leaders in Ventura County serving over 200 clients. Their focused on quality of care and service, working with their care coordinator,clients and caregivers. It's the reason why they were chosen to serve seniors and their families.

Dee Ditty - Client Care Coordinator

Dee was one of our original care givers in July 1997. Dee became part of our office teem in January 2004, bringing with her years of experience with needy loved ones. Dee visits our clients on a scheduled basis to maintain quality and counsel our care givers.Dee also preforms our service calls. Dee is compassionate, loving and has a heart and respect for the elderly

Austin Reid - Administrative Assistant

Austin Started working for Home Instead in 2002. Austin is our computer software analyst. Austin also does phone service calls, data entry,and caregiver  interviews. Austin is a well experienced In the Senior Care Field.

Marie Steiner - Care Coordinator

Marie started with our Home Instead teem in March of 2007. Marie hires, train's, cares and handles all our caregivers needs. Marie was also a previous caregiver and brings years of experience to our staff. She knows the special traits a caregiver needs to care for your loved ones. Marie is very hard working and a positive person.

John Wierman - Community Service Represenrtative

John started working for Home Instead in Febuary 2007. John has a friendly and caring personality with very creative marketing skills. His professionalism and detication are qualities that make up Home Instead Senior Care.
