Chris joined the Home Instead Senior Care family in early 2006. With nearly 20 years experience in the healthcare industry, Chris saw first hand the challenges of caring for his Grandmother, Dorothy, and decided to make helping the elderly his mission. Hired in 2000 as a Community Service Coordinator, Debi quickly moved up the ranks to full time Director of Client Services in 2004. In 2010, Debi transitioned to a part-time role in order to care for her Granddaughter. In addition to being a family Caregiver, Debi works with prospective families to explain our services. Her advanced degrees in Psychology and Special Education help her address the sensitive complexities of caring for the elderly.  Fay Piscitelli R.N., Client Care Supervisor
With nearly 35 years of nursing experience, Fay joined HISC in 2010. Her many years in eldercare, as well as the primary caregiver to her mother, clearly set her apart when working with clients and Home Health Aides to develop a care plan. Fay is proud wife and mother of two lovely daughters, and long-time resident of Bergen County. With a high level of respect and dedication to the community we service, she believes communication, education, and trust is vital in providing consistent quality care. Hired by HISC in early 2008, Patte works directly with Caregivers to ensure that Client satisfaction remains at the highest level. As caregiver to her father, and two young daughters, Patte understands first hand the challenges of being a family caregiver. Patte works closely with the company's Registered Nurse and Caregivers to see that the Care Plan is executed properly. Carolyn Miron, Director, Marketing and Sales Carolyn joined the HISC family in June 2009 as Director of Marketing and Sales. In addition to her involvement in several charitable organizations, Carolyn brings over 18 years experience in executive pharmaceutical sales. She has a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and is currently pursuing a master degree. An avid dog lover, Carolyn enjoys the outdoors and all kinds of sports. Wafa Hamad, Administrative Coordinator
Employed in 2007 as Administrative Assistant, Wafa handles all day to day business tasks and manages communication between Caregiver, Office Staff and Clients. As a mother to three boys, she is dedicated to helping senior stay at home. Currently, Wafa is a Graduate student obtaining a degree in Business Administration and Computerized Accounting. After retiring from a 30 year career in customer service with a local utility company, Melanie began her employment with HISC in 2004 as a Caregiver. In 2005 Melanie was awarded HISC Caregiver of the Year for her excellent service provided to her many clients. She is currently responsible for the Hiring and Training of all Caregivers, a task well supported by her many years of work experience. |
