a. Not only does the professional CAREGiver submit to a pre-employment background and motor vehicle record check, but they also must submit to annual background and motor vehicle records checks.
b. Not only is the professional CAREGiver subject to both the Colorado Bureau of Investigations and the Colorado Court Database, but also other state repositories and databases.
c. Not only does the professional CAREGiver submit to a 10 panel pre-employment drug test, but they are also subject to random drug testing.
6. Because Home Instead Senior Care is the employer, you can rest assured that you won't be burdened with the legal and financial liabilities that come with employing the caregiver directly or using a home care placement agency.
