Your Home Instead Senior Care franchise owners possess a heartfelt desire to work with seniors in their community. It's the reason why they were chosen to serve seniors and their families.

Our local franchise office provides services to seniors wherever they might call home: private or rental residences, assisted-living facilities, and care centers.  Our services are designed for practically any living arrangement where an older adult simply need companionship,mind stimulation, interaction or help with non-medical, day-to-day activities. We are flexible when scheduling our services and can provide a few hours a week or 24 hour services depending on what your needs might be.

Our mission is to treat you and/or your loved one the way we would want our own family member to be treated. This attitude applies to our clients and their families, our caregivers and our staff.  All caregivers are screened, bonded, trained and insured.  Morever, are caregivers have a passion for providing our client's with the best care available.

Owner Rob Costello took time away from the office to attend a social with long time clients Bill and Wilma.  Rob is very concerned about the well being of seniors and plays and active role in the community.

 

 

 

 


Renee Martinez, Office Manager

Renee’s primary responsibility as Office Manager is to ensure that our office staff exceeds the expectations of every client and family member with whom we work. She works closely with our office staff and CAREGivers to ensure that we provide quality services to our clients. She knows the Home Instead mission well. Along with maintaining the day-to-day office activities, Renee also shares responsibilities of meeting with prospective clients to answer their questions and address their needs.  We are fortunate to have her as one of the leaders on our team.


Regina Crawford, Office Administrator

Regina has been with the company since 2006. She brought to the company 20 years of experience in the medical field having worked for Medicare SSI, as an insurance biller for several doctors, as a CNA for skilled nursing facilities and in acute hospital settings, and as an Administrative Medical Assistant for an adult trade school.

 

Regina is responsible for caregiver interviews, in-house training, background screening and annual quality assurance visits to our clients, hosting educational workshops for family caregivers. If needed, she will fill in as a caregiver for our hospice clients. Regina is a team player and an asset to our overall operation.


Robin Ramirez, Community Service Representative

Robin is one of our newest additions to the Home Instead team. He comes to us well trained and experienced in the medical field and as well as in the field of computed technologies. Robin has schooled for a total of 3 years at the Milan Institute and CTE. Having the experience of working as a Medical Assisting, instructor’s assistant for over a year. He also has 4 years of computer knowledge and experience added to his resume. Robin is responsible for sharing his knowledge about Home Instead Senior care to benefit the aging population. He is continuously growing relationships with local hospitals, assisted living facilities, and throughout the community.


Robin even takes the time to be a caregiver himself. The clients he works with are Very Happy with his caring and positive attitude. He makes a difference in the lives of those he helps. Robin is a great member of our Team.
