Nancy Barrett, CSA-Certified Senior Advisor, Owner

Nancy Barrett, CSA-Certified Senior Advisor, and her brother Ralph Samson Jr. (pictured below) began their Home Instead Senior Care franchise serving Central Ohio over fourteen years ago.
 
Since their Home Instead Senior Care franchise began, they have served over seventeen hundred seniors who have been helped in their desire to age in place and stay at home as long as possible.

Ralph Samson Jr./ Co-Owner

Ralph Samson Jr. Co-Owner- Along with his sister Nancy Barrett (pictured above) began their Central Ohio Home Istead Senior Care Franchise after their mother became ill and needed help. Ralph along with Nancy have been in the Home Care business for over 13 years.

Tammy Robinson/ Office Mananger

Tammy has a degree in Business Administration and has worked in healthcare management for over 10 years including working for a retirement community. She has been with Home Instead Senior Care since 2006 as the Columbus Office Manager. 

Scott Samson/ Assistant to Payroll Manager, Technology and Accounts Manager

Scott has been with the Central Ohio Home Instead Senior Care franchise since 2006. Prior to joining the Central Ohio team Scott had worked in the finance and banking industry for 13 years.

Ronna Paree/ Client Care Coordinator/ CAREGiver Retention Manager

Ronna has worked as an STNA as well as an Activities Director. She has over sixteen years of experience working with Seniors, and with MRDD clients. She has been employed with Home Instead Senior Care since 2001.

Elizabeth Mills/ Scheduling Senior Options

Elizabeth attended Columbus State and the Ohio State University with a focus on psychology.  She worked in the field of MR/DD for 9 years - as a Direct Care Staff and the director of Human Resources. Elizabeth manages the the scheduling of CAREGivers and quality assurance for Senior Options. She also serves as the on-call person and is the administrator of the HISC Facebook page

Diane Jeffers/ Recruitment and Retention Manager

Diane worked for the US ARMY with completed training in medical assisting, nurse aid and social services. She has 20 years of combined experience in human resources as well as the above medical fields.

Marilyn Parker/ Community Service Representative/ Quality Assurance Manager

Marilyn feels like a long term member of the Home Instead family as they were partners in the care of her parents for many years. Her confidence and trust in Home Instead CAREGivers lead her to begin working part time to spead the word. Marilyn retired as an educator in 2000 after a 34 year career.

The Home Instead Senior Care NISSAN CUBE

Welcome the newest member of our HISC team. The CUBE will assist with service calls and will be lending a helping hand in our community.

David Anderson Community Service Representative

David graduated With a MSW in Social Work. He has many years experience with Health Insurance and working on several non-profit boards. He enjoys workng with seniors and has a big heart in making sure they have the best care. David is our marketing director for Franklin and Delaware Counties. He also meets with new and existing clients.


Beth Jones/ RN

Beth is our personal care and respite supervisor for Senior Options and Senior Choices. She conducts visits every 60 to 90 days to ensure quality care. She also trains CAREGivers in clients' homes or in our classroom. She is available as needed to confer with CAREGivers, clients and their famailies on non-medical issues.
