One of our newest additions to the team, Jordan is our Receptionist. She is usually the first voice you will hear on the phone and always goes out of her way to welcome everyone that stops by the office. She stays on top of our CAREGivers, keeping their documents up to date and getting them in for training. Jordan also makes most of our refence calls for potential CAREGivers, making sure they are Home Instead material.
A native of Fresno, Jordan graduated from Buchanan High School. She first approached Home Instead Senior Care as a CAREGiver, but soon found her way into the office where she showed her value and earned the respect of everyone she came into contact with. Sheri Ingrande - Care Manager
Sheri comes to Home Instead Senior Care with previous experience dealing with seniors on a personal level. As our Care Manager, she is the go-to person for clients. Between care consultations, introductions, or quality assurance visits, Sheri is in frequent contact with clients and their families.
A long time California girl, Sheri has a love for our local seniors. She is also quite the cowgirl. It's hard to miss her pink horseshoes as she zips around town. We are grateful to have her on our team! Sandy Burt

Sandy has been with Home Instead Senior Care since 2009. She trains all of our CAREGivers giving them a unique, hands-on experience whether it be understanding the aging process, safety, building relationships, personal care, or caring for those with Alzheimer's or other forms of dementia. Her personal experience and expertise makes her a great resource in the community. Sandy also facilitates our Family Education Workshops helping family caregivers in the community gain understanding and learn how to care for their loved ones. All in all, she keeps our training center packed!
Throughout her life, Sandy was one of those unpaid caregivers. She cared for her own mother for over 10 years. With many years of firs-hand experience, there isn't much she hasn't come across or seen. We are glad to have such a wonderful person with us.
