Our CAREGivers are rewarded for going above and beyond to help their clients. They receive service awards for both length of service and hours of service. Their performance reviews and raises depend on what the clients say about the care they provide. In situations when a client has medical needs beyond our care capabilities, we refer them to our close partners and assist them with getting the necessary assistance.
