I don't believe there could have been a better match for our mother than Linda, her CAREGiver. Her friendliness overcame Mom's initial reluctance to outside help on day to day matters. It is not easy letting someone come into your house and assist you with household tasks that you had been doing by your self. But Linda was up to the challenge. Home Instead came into our lives at a time when we needed it most. Her CAREGiver has become a person we can not only trust and depend upon, but definitely count as a family friend.

Mom's CAREGiver is a force as soon as she comes through the door, she enters happy and talking. My mom loved her energy and positive attitude. As mom's health began to change this summer and she wrestled with dementia, her CAREGiver gave her some strategies to deal with her fears and hallucinations.
