Anne Peters, business owner, possesses a heartfelt desire to work with seniors in her community. The support staff were all carefully chosen because of their commitment to the mission of the company and their desire to exceed your expectations.  When you're ready for help, our caring staff is on call 24/7 to quickly answer your questions and calm your concerns.

Business Owner: Anne Peters

Anne brings 12 years experience in the senior care business to the Des Moines office. Personal experiences with family members motivates her to create an environment where quality is first with clients, CAREGivers, and the community. Her role is to provide leadership, promote Home Instead Senior Care in the community, plan community service projects, and create greater awareness in the Des Moines area regarding senior issues, challenges, and needs. Anne currently serves on the Direct Care Worker Advisory Council, the Iowa Caregivers Association Conference Committee. She also serves as President of the Polk County Senior Resource Alliance and as the secretary for the Iowa Chapter of the National Private Duty Association.

CAREGiver Engagment Specialist: Alexis Morrison

Alexis joined the team with a background in sales and experience as a CNA.  Her mission is to find, hire, train and grow our professional team of CAREGivers in Des Moines.  One of her "measuring sticks" when choosing a professional CAREGiver for Home Instead Senior Care is deciding whether or not she would trust this individual to care for her own grandparents.  Alexis’ other mission is to help our CAREGivers grow in their role and feel fulfilled by the work they do with our clients in Polk County.  Happy CAREGivers create happy clients and together they create exceptional experiences for all.


Staffing Supervisor: Libby Deege

Libby brings a variety of experience in staffing and communication skills.  Her patience and dedication to our promise of compatibility between CAREGiver and client make her an excellent staff coordinator.  Libby  thrives on the challenge of putting the right CAREGiver with the right client.  She is the direct supervisor of our CAREGiving staff. Her efforts make all the difference in the proven success of our client/CAREGiver relationships.


Client Care Coordinator: Rianne Veenstra

Rianne is the heart of our Quality Assurance program. It is her pleasure to visit with prospective and existing clients to explain our services, consult on additional resources needed, and to ensure that our quality care is creating exceptional experiences for our clients. Her social work degree helps her to make accurate assessments and recommendations for our clients and professional caregiving staff. Rianne is serving on the 2009 Alzheimer's Memory Walk planning committee.

Community Relations Specialist: Angie Sieren

Angie joined Home Instead Senior Care in 1996 as a CAREGiver. In early 2009 Angie accepted the role in community relations. Her responsibilities include spreading awareness about homecare and Home Instead Senior Care to providers in the Polk County area from a variety of industries. She also identifies strategic alliances that may benefit our clients, their families and our CAREGivers.

Bookkeeper: Dianne Williams

Dianne has spent the last 5 years managing the invoicing and payroll of the company.  She handles all billing questions and is available from 9-1 during the week.
