I have enjoyed being a part of an elite group of dedicated individuals seeking to accomplish the same goal - to provide care for seniors and their families...I would like to thank you for giving me the opportunity to experience a wonderful working environment, among friendly administrative staff and fellow CAREgivers. Evie volunteered to assist me by being present at a client birthday today. The celebration was designed to be non-threatening for my 85 yr old lady. We invited two lady friends, plus Evie and me. Evie came 30 minutes before the guests. She chopped the fruit salad (she cuts grapes in half! who knew!) She complimented both my client and me on our pretty table. Evie was a miracle of speed, accuracy, & grace. Thank you all in the office who helped Evie free up her schedule for me and my client!!

Dear Hank,...I would like to take the time to bring a few important things to your attention. the support staff you oversee are wonderful, compassionate, caring, and supportive individuals/team members who genuinely do whatever is possible to assist in any way they can. With the short amount of time I have been a CAREGiver, I have witnessed and experienced many acts of kindness and selflessness from several staff members. To name a few outstanding individuals (and not limited to these) are Tormay, Becky, and Judi including yourself. The most recent act of kindness occurred just this afternoon. Jenn Taylor was scheduled to conduct the introduction with my client today and unfortunately it didn’t happen as planned. There was a bit of confusion and an issue that arose however; Jenn handled the situation effectively and with care, meanwhile staying positive with a smile on her face. She went above and beyond her role and duty to demonstrate generosity. This gratitude and appreciation I feel for the support staff is greatly overdue which brings me to my many thanks to you as well as to your amazing professional team for their positive attitudes and support. You all makeup a strong dynamic team and make being a part of the Home Instead family wonderful.
