To be considered for the CAREGiver position, you must first complete an application in person, in the office. Filling out the form below DOES NOT constitute an official application.
The following are requirements for the CAREGiver position:
- You must be at least 21 years of age (for our insurance purposes)
- You must have a current California driver's license
- You must be able to speak and write fluently in english
- You must have a clean criminal background
- You must have no major traffic violations
- You have lived in Stanislaus County for the past 5 consecutive years (or provide an official criminal background check conducted where you lived prior)
- Most importantly, you must have a caring heart!
