Tammyann Thompson

 
Tammyann works as our Staff Coordinator.  She is responsible for finding the perfect match between CAREGivers and Clients.  She is hard at work each day making the magic happen. 
 
With over 15 years of experience in the medical industry, there isn't much that surprises her anymore.  More than just experience on a professional level, Tammyann has had experience taking care of her own parents and grandparents.  Those experiences motivated Tammyann to earn her CNA license at an early age.  Though she does not have many opportunities to utilize those skills today, she keeps her license up to date anyway.
 
With a positive can-do attitude, Tammyann is excited to be on the front lines!

Ben Phillips

 
Ben has been with Home Instead Senior Care since 2007 and now acts in the role of General Manager. Having grown up in the industry, he has cut his teeth on the business and understands the hurdles families face when looking to care for their loved ones. Currently, in addition to acting as the GM, Ben is also acting in the role of Client Care Coordinator where he meets with families to make sure they get the care they need. He also builds relationships in the community and share the resources and tools we have accumulated over the years with those that need them.

Catalina Rau

 
Another great find that originally came to Home Instead Senior Care as a CAREGiver, Catalina has a passion for seniors. As our Community Service Representative, Catalina educates the community about who we are and how we can help. With a long history of sales and community involvement, she fits right in and loves her job!
 
Catalina cared for her late husband and currently is a long-distance caregiver for her father in Southern California. As a CAREGiver, her clients all love her warmth and kindness as well as her compassion and understanding. We are grateful to have her on board!

Patty King

 
Patty is our Recruitment & Retention Coordinator. She takes charge in finding great new CAREGivers to care for our clients. She also makes sure our CAREGivers stay up to date on training and that we are providing the highest level of care possible.
 
Patty is a native of the Modesto area and has a passion for for seniors. Having cared for her own mother through the aging process, she has first-hand experience of how important the role of a CAREGiver is.

It was Paul and Lori Hogan’s own experience caring for Paul's grandmother in her home for 12 years that inspired them to launch Home Instead Senior Care in 1994. Realizing that there were others families like theirs that needed help to keep their loved ones safely living at home, they have devoted themselves to making home care available throughout the U.S. and around the world. It’s what they know and love, and their services allow them to make a real difference to communities, families and individuals everywhere.
