 Vicki Castleman Managing Director
Vicki joined Home Instead Senior Care in 2009 as the Business Performance Manager at the Global Headquarters. She was introduced to Home Instead Senior Care by her own mother who became a CAREGiver for the Omaha franchise. In 2011, Vicki joined the Omaha Franchise Office as the Managing Director to support the strategic initiatives of this original network franchise. In her role, Vicki provides leadership to the team while also serving as a liaison to the corporate headquarters. In support of the original franchise business, Vicki introduces new programs and initiatives that may be utilized across the entire Home Instead network with the goal of demonstrating practices for a model franchise in the system.
Vicki received her Bachelors Degree in Personnel Management from Northwest Missouri State University in Maryville, MO in 1991. Vicki and her husband Scott have two boys, Connor & Parker. They enjoy spending time attending their son's sporting events, traveling and gardening.   Jennifer Andreoli Operations Manager
Jennifer joined Home Instead Senior Care in January 2008. Jennifer started her career with Home Instead Senior Care as the Recruitment and Retention Coordinator and is now the Operations Manager. As the Operations Manager, Jenny works on keeping the day to day operations of the office running smoothly while also supervising the Service Coordinators and Recruitment and Retention Coordinators. She also conducts the Alzheimer's Training for all CAREGivers and office staff.
Jennifer enjoys traveling and loves animals. She also enjoys getting together with family. Jennifer received her Bachelor's Degree from Buena Vista in Council Bluffs, Iowa. She received her Master's Degree from Capella Universtiy, through Minneapolis, MN.   Bev Hogan Finance Manager
Bev came to Home Instead Senior Care in February 2008. Bev is our Finance Manager. She manages the financial processes such as payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, etc. She provides quality customer service to our clients, CAREGivers and staff.
Bev and her husband Bill has been married for over 20 years. They have a son and daughter, Rich and Brooke. Bev enjoys spending time with her family, dogs, cats and living in the country. Matt Mainelli Marketing Manager
Matt Mainelli joined the Home Instead Senior Care team in April 2009. Matt spends his days networking in the community and building relationships in the senior industry. He first ventured into the senior field as the Community Relations Director at an Alzheimer's community in Portland, OR and fell in love with working with seniors.
Matt has been married to his wife, Megan, for 2 years and they have a dog named Norman. He enjoys hanging out with family and friends and enjoying life to the fullest!   Jen Smith Service Coordinator
Jen joined Home Instead Senior Care in 2011 as a Service Coordinator. She is looking very forward to working with both our clients and CAREGivers, and to helping them find the best match.
Jen received her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and English from Coe College in 2008. When not at work, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends. Her passions include cooking, classical literature, and photography. She also loves nature and the outdoors, and enjoy taking walks, as well as boating in the summer.   Monica Chapeau Client Care Coordinator
Monica has worked as a Client Care Coordinator for Home Instead Senior Care since May 2005. This role focuses on building relationships with clients and monitoring satisfaction with services. Some of her main job duties include quality assurance visits which ensure that services are meeting needs of clients, in home introductions of CAREGivers to clients, coordinating care for new clients, and quarterly newsletters. Twice a year, she helps with satisfaction surveys that are deployed to clients and decision makers.
Monica lives in Omaha with her husband. She enjoys spending time with friends, family, and traveling.
Monica received her Bachelor's Degree in Family Science from the University of Nebraska in Omaha and she received her Master's Degree in Human Services from Bellevue University.   Kayla Friehe Client Care Coordinator
Kayla joined Home Instead Senior Care in October 2010. Kayla is a Client Care Coordinator and help's make sure that Home Instead Senior Care clients are receiving the best service possible. Kayla has regular contact with clients, whether is it via phone or face to face to listen to concerns or answer any questions. It’s her job to make sure Home Instead Senior Care clients are happy with their services. Kayla also speaks with prospective clients about services and introduces CAREgivers to clients.
Kayla received her Bachelor's Degree in Child, Youth, and Family Studies from the University of Nebraska Lincoln. Kayla likes reading, trying new restaurants, playing with her Lab Jagger, and spending time with her Husband, Sam.   Aubrey Samuels Service Coordinator
Aubrey helps maintain CAREGiver and Client schedules. She spends a lot of time talking to people on the phone and enjoys the interaction she has with them. She is looking forward to getting to know the Clients and CAREGivers better.
Aubrey graduated in May 2009 from Dana College with a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology. She enjoys running, reading, and spending time with family & friends. She is a recent newlywed to her husband, Hunter!   Courtney Petersen
Service Coordinator
Courtney started working at Home Instead Senior Care in April 2011 as a Service Coordinator. She assists in coordinating CAREGiver and Client schedules and takes pride in establishing good matches between them. One thing she enjoys about her job as a Service Coordinator is the interaction she has with Clients, CAREGivers and family members.
When not working, Courtney enjoys spending time with family and friends. She loves being outdoors and enjoys activities like, camping, boating/swimming, and going for walks. Her true passion is shopping and any excuse to travel.   Carrie Hallquist Administrative Assistant
Carrie joined Home Instead Senior Care in March of 2010. She enjoys getting to know the CAREGivers and finding the perfect match for clients. Carrie also has experience caring for her grandparents and neighbors in her community.
Carrie received her Bachelor's Degree in Sociology from Midland Lutheran College in 2008. She enjoys playing recreational activities as well as spending time with her family, friends and cat Scruffy!   Stephanie Thompson Office Assistant
Stephanie began her position with Home Instead Senior Care in March of 2007. She was attracted to this position because she likes to perform a variety of different tasks each day and she likes to keep busy. If you call our office it will generally be Stephanie's cheerful voice that will greet you, and her smiling face will meet you when you enter our office. Stephanie prides herself on continually improving her great customer service skills.
Stephanie is a busy mother of three active boys: Cammiren, Caleb, and Caden. When she is not working you can usually find her in the ice rink watching her son play hockey or at the baseball field watching her sons' games (depending on the season). |
